Quick and Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Energy Balls
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsalted peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a larger bowl stir coconut, oats and chia seeds.
In small bowl stir peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract, until well combined.
Content from small bowl pour into larger bowl and mix well.
Finally, make balls from mixture, with your hands.
Put in the fridge for 30mins to set
